Question 1

After I signup, what happens?

A member of our team will reach out to confirm your location and desired setup. Next, we schedule a time for our fiber technicians to run a connection to your unit. Once the fiber is ready to go, you may either setup your own network or work with our IT support provider to have them set up your network and devices.

Question 2

Why is fiber so much better?

Fiber is a newer infrastructure for carrying internet. Rather than old school copper wires, we use fiber optic cables that provide a fast and more consistent internet connection. Often with traditional cable providers, we see spikes - high or low. With Fiber we avoid those and simply have fast internet all the time!

Question 3

My internet is out, what do I do?

Contact our support line here: 850-402-3700. If they are unable to resolve the issue, a either a technician will visit the site to repair the network or a member of our team will reach out to see how we can help.

Question 4

Is Bannerman Connections available for me?

If you are a tenant at Bannerman Crossings, you are likely eligible for Bannerman Connections! We have a few sites that are not yet connected, so reach out to see if fiber is available.

Question 5

I want to switch, but my contract hasn't ended yet

We understand that most internet providers lock you in to long contracts. While we can't shorten these contracts, we can be ready for you as soon as they end. Please reach out to us if you are considering a switch and we can help guide you.
